Lion Dance at Rooftop Kafe

This was what happened on the 26th of Jan. The lion performed an unforgettable performance.

It started out with a typical performance of 2 lions playing around. And dancing to the beat of the drums.

The 2nd part of the performance saw the lion eat some mandarin oranges and tackle a can of Carlsberg.

Now this other part was the main show. Where the Lion used the vase to strut it's stuff and they were skilled alright. Just imagine this, 2 people holding the lion jumping around on vases and still look like it's a stroll in the park, well that's a whole new level. Hats off to them.

Later there was a part where the lion reached to the top and received an "angpow" tied with some vegetables on a rope. It climbed more than a storey high to reach for it. Talk about fear of heights, it didn't have fear I guess.

And for the last part the lions stroll around receiving "angpows" from customers and in return pass them mandarin oranges. One customer even gave the lion a beer. All in all everyone was satisfied and amazed by the energy shown by the team of lion dance performers.
